To counter a long-standing negative perception, Nationwide’s Life Insurance division revamped its entire underwriting process and introduced Soar, a revolutionary digital application tool that combines data with human judgment — elevating Nationwide Life beyond its competitors.

(Client approved rough cut will be finished 2/25) Nationwide’s attempts to sell its Protected Retirement Income solutions were failing because they were overcomplicated. We focused on the end benefit: if you live a long life, you risk running out of retirement income unless you plan for it.
